Study On Effect Of Cranial Sutures Acupuncture Plus Drugs On Serum Apolipoprotein B In The Patients Of Acute Atherosclerotic Cerebral Infarction

Objective:To explore effect of cranial sutures acupuncture combined with drugs on serum apolipoprotein B(ApoB);and to explore the relativity between ApoB levels and the degree of clinical neural function defect in the patients of acute atherosclerotic Cerebral Infarction.Method:According to the clinical diagnostic criterion of the cerebrovascular disease in the fourth national academic discussion of cerebrovascular disease in Cheng Du.Choosing 40 patients of acute atherosclerotic Cerebral Infarction,whose ages were at 45～75 years old, and then they were divided into two groups at random.20 cases were treated with medication, such as Modulating blood pressure,Controlling blood-lipid,Preventing and curing cerebrovascular spasm,Anti-platelet aggregating,Preventing and curing hydrocephalus,Nourishing brain nerve,Improving cerebral circulation,Cerebral metabolism activator,Maintaining water,energy,electrolyte and sour alkali balance,etc(Group A).Another 20 cases were treated with cranial sutures acupuncture combined with medication(Group B),Group B was the same medication as Group A.After two courses of treatment,observed and compared the amount of serum ApoB and the scores in clinical neural function of two groups of patients, and explored the relativity between serum ApoB levels and the degree of clinical neural function defect.Results:(1)Compared with the normal level,serum ApoB levels increased in patients of acute atherosclerotic Cerebral Infarction;(2) In the routine medication group(Group A),the significant decrease of the scores in clinical neural function(P＜0.01)was observed,and the scores of clinical neural function in cranial sutures acupuncture group(Group B)decreased significantly,too(P＜0.01),and lower than the routine medication group(Group A)(P＜0.05).(3)In Group A,the significant decrease of the serum ApoB levels(P＜0.01)was observed,and the serum ApoB levels in Group B decreased significantly,too(P＜0.01),and lower than Group A(P＜0.05).(4)The scores of clinical neural function was no significantly correlated with serum ApoB levels positively before and after the treatment.Conclusions:The metabolic disorder of blood-lipid exists in the patients of acute atherosclerotic Cerebral Infarction,reflecting on the increase of serum ApoB levels;The therapeutic effect of the cranial sutures acupuncture combined with medication group is superior to that of the medication group.Serum ApoB levels decreases because of the cranial sutures acupuncture,improving clinical neural function,alleviating signs-symptoms,improving prognosis.The scores of clinical neural function is no significantly correlated with serum ApoB levels positively before and after the treatment.Considering the reason is that,reducing the level of serum ApoB hasn't been enabled the formed atherosclerotic plaque in reversible changes,because of unenough treatment course.Showing that decreasing serum ApoB has significant effect on acute atherosclerotic Cerebral Infarction.Appropriate lipid-lowering therapy can be used in the clinical treatment of Cerebral Infarction.
