Objective:Towards the skull needling effecting to the plasma GMP-140 andthe improvement of scores of clinical nervous function on acutecerebral infarction.Method:30 cases were treated with the skull needling combined withmedicines, and another 30 cases were treated with routinemedicines only. The variety of plasma's GMP-140 and scores ofclinical nervous function were investigated.Results:(1) Compared with normal level, GMP-140 level in acute CI patients increased.(2) In both two groups, the significant decreasing was observed in scores of clinical nervous function and plasma GMP-140(P<0.01);Plasma GMP-140 and scores of clinical nervous function in skullneedling group decreased much significantly than that in medicinetreating group (P<0.05).(3) Plasma GMP-140 concentration were positively correlated withthe scores of clinical nervous function.Conclusions:(1) It is suggested that platelet activity in CI patients increases in early stage.(2) Both the skull needling and medicine treatment can obviously improve scores of clinical nervous function and reduce platelet activity; The therapeutic effect in skull needling combined medicine treatment group is superior to that in medicine treatment group;(3) Plasma GMP-140 reflects the degree of the concentration of damage in acute Cl patient...
