| Objective : to finish the treatment of onychomycosis lotion to the whole malnutrition-Onychomycosis of experimental research and clinical observation, on the traditional Chinese medicine treatment of a type of the whole malnutrition- Onychomycosis theory. Methods : Through inhibition test, detection screening onychomycosis lotion compound and demolition of dermatophytes, and the sensitivity of Candida albicans. In the clinical observation, 104 patients were randomly divided into three groups, namely,onychomycosis lotion group, itraconazole group, onychomycosis lotion and itraconazole group;60 healthy volunteers were randomly divided into onychomycosis lotion group and the control group, were measured after 30 nail length of the growth. Rsults:in inhibition experiments, onychomycosis lotion compound and demolition side Trichophyton rubrum, Trichophyton mentagrophytes hair to be ringworm, Candida albicans have different levels of inhibition of clinical observation, followed by three groups of onychomycosis lotion Group + itraconazole group> itraconazole group> onychomycosis lotion; onychomycosis lotion treatment group nail on the 30th Growth significantly greater than the length of the control group. Conclusion:onychomycosis lotion has obvious anti-fungal effect, a significant effect to the treatment of the whole malnutrition-Onychomycosis.
