To the Trichophyton and fined strain of Trichophyton violaceum could be identificated by PCR rapidly.3.To record the nails of clinical classification, the color change of nail and to to judge the opathogens kinds of mycology with the result of test to analyze.4.Statistics and analysis:Measurement data were expressed with X±S. The SPSS13.0software packages were used to analyze differences were significant if P<0.05.Result:1. Totally4625strains of pathogenic fungi were cultured. The most frequently isolated fungus was dermatophytes is3658(79.1%). and the yeasts is865(18.7%) ohers102(2.2%)2. In this dermatophytes. The most frequently isolated fungus was trichophyton rubrum is2955(64.7%).3.Characteristic bands were amplified in Trichophyton rubrum. But there was no characteristic band found in Trichophyton mentagrophytes.4. clinical classification:DLSO isl859. TDO is896. PSO is887. SWO is458.
