The most frequent pathogenic fungus of onychomycosis in jilinprovince were dermatophytes, and trichophyton rubrum strains occupy firstduring it. The amount of yeast fungus increase obviously.2. The clinical types of onychomycosis in jilin province were includeDLSO, TDO, SWO and PSO. The DLSO was the dominant type in all and thesecond was TDO.3.The morbidity of toe nail was obviously higher than the finger nail’s.4. The morbidity of infected nails in thumb and hallux were higher than others.5.The morbidity was high in young people and elder people, and thediversity of morbidity of man and woman was not obvious.6.Through the identification made by the First Hospital of BeijingUniversity, we acquired a new strain named Geomyces sp.,and we still need todeeply investigate the pathogenicity of it.
