According to troditional Chinese medicine, do a systematic and comparative analysis on the crude and stir-frying products of Semen Raphani pieces. Analyzing the composition of odor, volatile oil and fatty acid of samples by GC-MS. And then the significant differences between volatile composition of the crude and stir-frying products of Semen Raphani pieces were confirmed. 5 sulfur compounds were found for the first time in the oder of Semen Raphani, and 2 isothiocyanates were only found in volatile oil of crude products of Semen Raphani pieces.A new compound significantly quantitatively changed before and after processing was found in non-oily compositions of Semen Raphani pieces. Then the content determination was built for A209 and there is a negative correlation between the processing and the content of A209. By use of the experiment study of gastric emptying and intestinal propulsive function in mice and anti-tumor effect, the effects of A209 was initially screened.Through fingerprint comparison of the same compositions of Semen Raphani before and after processing, the existence of'shameibaogan'was initially confirmed.According to the experimental result, the interdependency between internal components changes of Semen Raphani before and after processing and essence of intrinsic change of processing was studied on. The scientific basis for the characteristics useage of'shengshengshujiang'and'shengshuyizhi'of Semen Raphani pieces was provided. The experiment was designed to provide a experimental basis for essence of intrinsic change of Semen Raphani processing, and to provide the basis for the processing technology and the quantity control method of Semen Raphani.
