The Clinical Observation On 30 Cases Treated By Tuina Therapy For Chronic Fatigue Syndrome

Purpose:To observe and research the clinical therapeutic result in the 30 cases of Chronic fatigue syndrome patients treated by Tuina therapy.Method:60 cases with CFS patients were randomly chosen and divided into two groups: the treatment group and the control group. Each group contained 30cases. The treatment group is treated by Tuina, and the control group is done by WuLing Jiao Nang.Result: Compared main symptoms of pre-treatment with that of post-treatment in the every group, there is a very significant difference ( P<0.01). Compared the scores of Fatigue Assessment Instrument and Fatigue Scale-14 calculation of the pre-treatment with that of post-treatment in respective two groups, there is a very significant difference ( P<0.01). The total effective rate is 93.3% in the treatment group, while 70% in the control group, and after statistics analysis by ridit there is a very significant difference between two groups (P<0.01).Conclusion:The Tuina therapy is superior to the therapy of WuLing Jiao Nang, Tuina is an effective method of treating CFS. The curative effect on CFS patients by using this method may related to the boosting of the patients immune system;this therapy can obviously improve the CFS patients syndromes such as somatic sensation,sleeping disorder, psychopathogensis, mental stressed state and the public relationship.
