Clinical Study Of Chronic Hepatitis B Treated With Soothing The Liver And Invigorating The Spleen

Objective:Study on the clinical curative effects and its functional mechanism of chronic hepatitis B treated with method of soothing the liver and invigorating the spleen.Method:79 patients with chronic hepatitis B were treated with method of soothing the liver and invigorating the spleen,and compaired with Fuzheng Nuzhensu tablet group.After 3 months,the clinical symptoms,liver function index,immunology index,etiology index,radiology of liver and spleen were observed.Results:According to the clinic data statistical processing:the clinical symptoms,liver function index, immunology index,etiology index,radiology of liver and spleen of the patients suffering chronic hepatitis B have been improved.The total percentage of being efficacious in clinic practice was 75.6%.The clinical study indicates:the treatment of tonifying the kidney and removing heat from the liver can relief the inflammation of hepatic cells,restore the function of the liver,and lower the degree of liver fibrosis so as to protect liver from being damaged.Conclusion:For the patients with chronic hepatitis B,the method of soothing the liver and invigorating the spleen can alleviate symptoms,regulate the immunological function and restore the function of the liver.
