Objective to compare the influence of laparoscopic radical operation and open operation on systematic immunity in patients with colonrectal carcinoma. Methods Collecting sixty patients with colonrectal carcinoma from Uovernber 2006 to July 2007,the patients were randomly divided into twogroups(laparoscopic operation and open operation),each group had 30 cases.NK cell,IgA,IgM,IgG,IL-6,IL-8,CD3~+,CD4~+,CD8~+ in peripheral were counted and compared on the 1st before operation,3rd and 7th day after operation.TNF-a in peripheral was counted and compared on the 1st before operation,1st and 3rd day after operation. Results CD3~+,CD4~+,CD8~+,CD4~+/CD8~+ of laparoscopic radical operation are significantly lower than those of open operation on the 7th after the operation.IgM,IL-6,CRP,TNF-a of laparoscopic radical operation are significantly lower than those of open operation on the 3rd after the operation. There were no significant differents of IgA,IgG and NK cell. Conclusion Compared with the radical open operation, the systematic immune response after the laparoscopic radical operation is less, meaning the laparoscopic radical operation has predominance in protecting immune system in treating colonrectal carcinoma.
