The Experimental Study Of Effect Of Xiaxi Oral Liquid On SHR Serum Catecholamine (CA)

Objective: The research was to observe the effects of Xiaxi oral liquid on the blood pressure, the density of CA in serum.Methods:1 40 12-week-old male SHRs were divided randomly into Xiaxi oral liquid group, captoprilgroup, irbesartanl group,SHR placebo group,each group consists 10 rats,meanwhile 10 WKY rats with the same age were selected as normal control.2 Xiaxi oral liquid group, irbesartanl group,captopril group fills the stomach in the morningevery day to the medicine 1 time, SHR placebo group and normal control group gives and so on volume distilled water to fill the stomach.3 Eight week experimental period, in the former treatment, the 2-weeks-treatment,the4-weeks-treatment ,the 6-weeks-treatment,the 8-weeks-treatment delivery, measure the blood pressure of all rats,and in the former treatment, the 20-days-treatment, the 40-days-treatment,the 60-days-treatment delivery, using rats orbital venous plexus (sinus) blood approach to the reserve.4 Detected the density of CA in serum of every group of the rats with Enzyme-LinkedImmunosorbnent Assay (ELISA).Results: Each group can obvious reduce the blood pressure. Comparing with placebo group, the Xiaxi oral liquid group has the significant differences(P<0.05) after 4-weeks-treatment,and the very significant differcences(P<0.01) after 8-weeks-treatment.The density of CA of SHR in serum is obviously higher than that in WKY rats(P<0.01). Xiaxi Oral Liquid can reduce the lever of CA in SHR, which had a significant statistic sense in comparing with placebo group after 20-days-treatment(P<0.01),and can reduce the lever to normal standard after 40-days-treatment(P<0.01),the tendency lasting for 60 days.
