The Mechanism Research On Composition Compatibility Of Radix Aconiti Lateralis Preparata (RALP) And Rhizoma Zingiberis (RZ) To Treat Heart Failure

Objective:Researching the effect of strengthening to restore Yang and salvage the breakdown of human body on compositions compatibility of Radix aconiti lateralis preparata(RALP) and Rhizoma Zingiberis(RZ),and at the same time approaching the mechanism of restoring Yang and salvaging the breakdown.Methods:To establish rat model of acute heart failure(AHF) that was the type of syndrome of deficiency of heart-YANG by intravenous propafenone hydrochloride; using Doxorubicin hydrochloride and Hydrocortisone to establish rat model of chronic congestive heart failure(CCHF) that was the type of syndrome of deficiency of heart and kidney-YANG..After that,clearing the different therapeutic effect and mechanism between AHF and CCHF that was cured by compositions compatibility of Radix aconiti lateralis preparata(RALP) and Rhizoma Zingiberis(RZ) through memorizing hemodynamics index with the BL-420E biological function experimental systems;observing the change of pathologic histology of rat's heart under light microscope;observing the change of pathologic histology of rat's heart under light microscope;and determining the content of AngⅠ,AngⅡ,ALD,ANP,ET,TNF by Ratio immunoassay.Results:1.Compositions compatibility of Radix aconiti lateralis preparata(RALP) and Rhizoma Zingiberis(RZ) can increase heart rate and step up the level of±LV dp/dtmax.2.Mixing the RALP total alkaloids with the RZ extractive and RZ volatile oil by some certain rate possessed invariably effects to AHF and CCHF rats through regulating the level of plasma AngⅠ,AngⅡ,ANP,Ald.,ET,TNF.3.Mixing the RALP total alkaloids with the RZ extractive and RZ volatile oil by some certain rate can prohibit the efficacy of ventricle reconstitution of model rats.4.The RALP total alkaloids mixes with the RZ extractive by the ratio of equal dose can educe better therapeutic effect of curing heart failure than other groups.and so do the RALP total alkaloids mixes with the RZ volatile oil by the ratio of equal dose.Conclusions:The mechanism of restoring Yang and salvage the breakdown of human body is somewhat involved with reducing the level of model rat's ANP,ET, TNF and regulating RAAS when the RALP total alkaloids is compatible with the RZ extractive and RZ volatile oil.
