The Chinical Study On Therapy Of Nephrotic Syndrome With Heat-clearing Dampness-disinhibiting Formula

[Object]:Nephrotic syndrome(NS) is a familiar clinical syndrome produced by all kinds of etiological factors and pathologic disease.Recently years, the incident rate of Damp-heat Sign(DHS) reported is not same in renal corpuscle illness,range from 47.5%to 100%,it suggests that DHS is a sort of very familiar symptom.Not only DHS is very common in nephritic syndrome too,but also it has a closed effect on progress and remission of disease. So it is focused by comunities of medicine science,some doctors regared that DHS has been become a kind of major symptom from complication.The article is to study the clinical curative effect of NS in a way to clear heat and disinhibit dampness;To discocer the changes of laboratory marker and integra of symptom and phusical sign at front and back of therapy tith heat-clearing and dampness-disinhibiting formula,including routine markers of blood and urine,biochemistry markers,blood coagulation markers; To discuss that damp-heat factor has an effect on pathogenic mechanism and aggravating conditions in NS,provide a way to improve clinical curative effect.[Method]:Thirty Patients who were seleeted by entranee standards were DHS Patients.Traditional Chinese Medieine and western medieine routinely treated on these Patients.The Patients were treated with Preserption of Clearing away heat and Promoting diuresis(scutellaria 15g,talcum 20g, medulla tetrapanacis 10g,hoelen 30g,polyporus 20g,areca peel 15g,fructus 10g).Once of every day,8 weeks are a course.To observe the different, Fore-and-aft 4 weeks and Fore-aft-8 weeks,we detected the labrotory marker [including:routine markers of biood and urine,blochemistry markers,blood coagulation markers],we also estimated the integra of symptom.The ratios of clinical curative effect and recurrence were counted and compared. [result]:1.Compared with Fore-and-aft 4 weeks,Fore-and-aft-8 weeks, all programes of blood changed significantly(P＜0.05) except RBC,HDL-C(P＞0.05),among the programes,the changes of ALB significant(P＜0.01),which showed that NS was easy to be clinical cured.2.Via Fore-and-aft 4 weeks,Fore-and-aft-8 weeks,the changes of urinary routine had statistic significance,including total allbumin measuerd in 24 hour,counting of RBC,both of them fell down significantly(P＜0.05).3.Compared with Fore-and-aft 4 weeks,Fore-and-aft-8 weeks,PLT,APTT,Fib changed significantly except PT,PT_INR(P＜0.05),among them,the changes of PLT compared with Fore-and-aft 4 weeks was the most significant(P＜0.01). Compared with Fore-and-aft-8 weeks,MPV,PDW changed significantly(P＜0.05).4.The integra of clinical symptom and physical sign significantly fell (P＜0.05) Via Fore-and-aft 4 weeks,Fore-and-aft-8 weeks therapy.[Conclusions]:The Chinese traditional medicines,which can clear away heat and promote diuresis,can mend the symptom of damp-heat syndrome in primary nephritic syndrome.Also they have the function of resisting inflaming,resisting infection,adjudting immunity,anticoagulating etc.
