| Objective:Acne belongs to the category of comedo in the fields of Chinese medicine, which usually grows on the skin surface of the youth. Besides,acne can easily cause scar and introcession, which imposes the mental burden on the sufferer. As a result, treating acnes has already become global consensus. This experiment studies on the effect of using acne granule to cure acnes, and discusses primarily about the amynology mechanism of therapeutical effect basing on the cytokine levels.Method:To pick up 80 random samples of acne sufferers, who are divided into 2 groups---the group of acne granule consists of 43 people, and the group of tanshinone consists of 37 people,making contrast of the clinic curative effects after the treatment. Furthermore, to pick up 26 random samples of acne sufferers,who are divided into 2 groups---the group of acne granule consists of 13 people and the group of tanshinone consists of 13 people, use radiation immunotherapy to determinate the IL-6,IL-8 and TNF-αcytokine level of the blood serum those in the two patient groups and the healthy group separately after treatment.Results:After treatment, clinic curative effect in the group of acne granule is better than those in the group of tanshinone, the cure rate is 60.47%,the apparent rate is 34.88%,the actovoty ratio is 2.33% and the inefficiency rate is 2.33%.The total actovoty ratio is 97.67%. Before treatment , the levels of IL-6, IL-8 in the serum of acne patients are significantly higher than normal, and the difference between the two groups is statistically significant (P <0.01); the level of TNF-αis higher than normal, and the difference between the two groups is statistically significant (P <0.05). After treatment, the levels of IL-6, IL-8 in the serum of acne patients are lower than the level of the group of before treatment,the difference between groups is statistically significant (P <0.01),and the normal control group showed no significant difference with it (P> 0.05).Conclusion:Acne granules can have a preferable effect on treating the acne sufferers, and they can evidently lower the IL-6,IL-8 and TNF-αlevel in the sufferer's blood serum to the normal level of healthy people. Thus it can be seen that acne granules can effectively cure acnes, lessen the sufferers' pain. The mechanism of acne granules might be capable of changing the sufferer's cytokine level in their blood serum until it reaches the normal level. Consequently,the curative effect will be accomplished. |
