Objective:To compare the significance and the influence of the first hepatic portal control (Pringle's), hemihepatic vascular control(HVC) and without liver blood inflow occlusion on the patients'postoperative recovery in hepatectomy for hepatocarcinoma, so that we can give the reference to clinical working.Methods:64 patients with hepatocarcinoma who underwent hepatectomy were divided into three groups: the first hepatic portal control group (Pringle's, n=20), hemihepatic vascular control group (HVC, n=18) and without inflow occlusion group (n=26). The intraoperative blood loss, the operative duration, preoperative and postoperative liver function recovery, the incidence rate of postoperative complications and the posto- perative length of stay were compared respectively between three groups.SPSS17.0 statistical software packages is used in data collation and descriptive analysis as a statistical method. Results:There was no significant difference in the intraoperative blood loss and operative duration between Pringle's group and without inflow occlusion group (P>O.05). Operative duration were significantly shorter in without inflow occlusion group than those in HCV group(P
