Empirical Study On The Law Of Compatibility Of Anti-aging Acupoints In Mongolian Medicine Moxibustion Science

Objective:In the paper,the author through moxibustion on C₄² method combined acupoints of the Aging model rats " Dinghuixue "," Weixue "," Shenxue ","Huoshuaixue " and etc to observate the funtion of Mongolian medicine moxibustion to fitness,health,antiaging and explore its mechanism.Methods:Acording to the body weight 85 Wistar rats were randomly divided into normal control group,model control group and the combined moxibustion group(including " Dinghuixue and Weixue","Dinghuixue and Shenxue","Dinghuixue and Huoshuaixue", Weixue and Shenxue","Weixue and Huoshuaixue" and "Shenxue and Huoshuaixue" ).The combined moxibustion group and model control group senium rats model induced by Dgalactose. Start moxibustion on rats acuponits at 42 days after making model.To study on the rats' learning and memory function and physical circumstances through the swimming test and maze test at one week before the end moxibustion.After the end of the experiment determining the senium rats SOD,CAT,MDA content and spleen and thymus index.Results:â‘ The SOD activities of model control group was less than normal control group(P＜0.01 ).Compared with model control group,the SOD activities of all combined moxibustion groups significantly increased(P＜0.05 ) except "Dinghuixue and Huoshuaixue" combined moxibustion group(P＞0.05 ).â‘¡The CAT content of model control group was less than normal control group(P＜0.01).Compared with model control group,the CAT content of all combined moxibustion groups significantly increased(P＜0.01) except " Dinghuixue and Huoshuaixue" combined moxibustion group(P＞0.05).â‘¢The MDA content of model control group was higher than normal control group(P＜0.01).Compared with model control group,the MDA content of each combined moxibustion group significantly decreased(P＜0.01 or P＜0.05 ).â‘£The spleen and thymus index of model control group was less than normal control group(P＜0.01 or P＜0.05 ).Compared with model control group, the spleen and thymus index of each combined moxibustion group significantly increased(P＜0.01 or P＜0.05 ).⑤The Memory capacity of model control group was less than normal control group(P＜0.01 ).Compared with model control group,the Memory capacity of all combined moxibustion groups significantly increased(P＜0.01 or P＜0.05 ) except " Dinghuixue and Huoshuaixue" and "Shenxue and Huoshuaixue" Combined moxibustion groups (P＞0.05 ).â‘¥The physical circumstances of model control group was less than normal control group(P＜0.01 ).Compared with model control group,the physical circumstances of each combined moxibustion group significantly increased(P＜0.01).Conclusions:â‘ Mongolian medicine moxibustion can effectively regulate SOD activities,CAT and MDA content in senium rats.â‘¡Moxibustion on combined acupoints of the aging model rats " Dinghuixue "," Weixue " Shenxue ","Huoshuaixue" and etc can antioxidant and enhance the body immunity.â‘¢Mongolian medicine moxibustion with the function of Anti-aging and Keeping fit.
