Empirical Study On The Compatibility Three Acupoints For Anti-aging In Mongolian Medicine Moxibustion Therapy

Objective:Based on early studies, selection of anti-aging stable effect of acupoints, taking HeiYi acupoint,stomach acupoint,,Kidney acupoint, JingFu acupoint.combination method C43selected three acupuncture acupoints group, through the experimental study to Discuss the Mongolian medicine moxibustion anti-aging three point compatibility rules and Mongolian moxibustion therapy law mechanism.Methods:60SD rats, male and female, were randomly divided into normal control group, model control group and model Moxibustion group six group.Using D-half lactose method to making aging model, Made a total42day,Modeling success after the start of moxibustion, total21days, every other day moxibustion again. Observation and detection of changes in body weight, serum superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity, catalase (CAT) activity, malondialdehyde (MDA) content, spleen (thymus) index and the ability of learning and memory, physical such as related index.ResuIt:From the serum SOD, CAT, MDA, changes of spleen (thymus) index and learning ability, memory and other related indexes of the observation to know,①"HeiYi acupoint, JingFu acupoint,kidney acupoint" compatibility groups of MDA content and SOD activity comparison between model groups showed no significant difference (P> O.05) and rest compatibility groups of SOD, CAT activity, MDA content to comparison between model groups showed significant difference.(P<0.01或P<0.05). Normal serum SOD, CAT activity, MDA content and model control group was significantly different (P<0.01or P<0.05).②. From rat spleen, thymus index change"HeiYi acupoint, JingFu acupoint,kidney acupoint" compatibility groups of thymus index comparison between model groups had no significant difference (P> O.05) and rest compatibility groups of spleen,(thymus) index and model control group with significant difference (P<0.01or P<0.05).③."HeiYi acupoint, JingFu acupoint,kidney acupoint" compatibility groups of learning and memory ability comparison with model groups had no significant difference (P>0.05) and the rest of the compatibility groups of learning and memory compared with the model control group with significant difference (P<0.01or P<O.05).④. Different combinations groups of physical condition comparison with model groups were significantly different (P<0.01or P<O.05).⑤. Different combinations groups of body weight change comparison with model groups were significantly different (P<0.01or P<O.05).Conclusion:.①. Mongolian moxibustion three matching points on aging model rats serum SOD activity, CAT activity, MDA content has a modulatory role.②Mongolian three matching points of moxibustion on learning and memory capacity of aging rats with improved effect.③.
