In this paper,the experimental design theory of Chinese medicine extract, extraction method,chemical analysis and chemical constituents of Astragalus and pharmacological aspects of the status quo at home and abroad to carry out a more detailed description.Chinese herbal medicine for the current selection process of extraction,high resource consumption,high cost and number of tests,and test cycle length and low extraction efficiency,using a reasonable method of experimental design for the active ingredient of Chinese medicine Astragalus pilot extraction system design research,and good results achieved,which is related to natural products,or extract the active ingredients of Chinese medicine has an important practical significance.Test and design for the basic line of research:First of all,on the extraction method of Chinese medicine commonly used method of orthogonal design method of uniform design and the mathematical model,the basic characteristics of the comparison,that is, extraction of total flavonoids of Astragalus as an example,the relatively uniform design and orthogonal design in the extraction process of total flavonoids of Astragalus application optimization,analyzed and discussed the merits and demerits of the two experimental models,and came to the extraction of total flavonoids of Astragalus optimum process conditions;then the use of uniform design method for the extraction process of astragalus polysaccharide for exploration of Test selection experiment shows that the use of uniform design method can reduce the number of experiments to shorten the research time.Secondly,in the multi-level multi-factor conditions,as a result of uniform design a better position than the orthogonal design, therefore,the use of uniform design method under supercritical astragaloside the extraction process.Supercritical fluid extraction inspected astragaloside five factors, five levels,and optimize the supercritical fluid extraction obtained astragaloside optimum extraction conditions,which fully demonstrates that multi-factor multi-level, uniform design is undoubtedly the most good selection;Finally,the basis of previous experiments,in order to further explore the optimal extraction process,will be of uniform design and orthogonal design in conjunction with,and astragaloside example, the study in conjunction astragaloside extract used in the optimization process, eventually come to a relatively simple and easy to use,reliable technology.The results show that natural products for different resources,the use of reasonable methods of experimental design,the use of reliable technology for the extraction of the active ingredients of Chinese medicine,cost savings,improved value-added,the use of resources,the development of Chinese medicine,industrial development have important practical significance.
