ObjectiveTo explore the association of protein expressions of STK15 and BUBR1 with laryngeal Squamous cell carcinoma,and interaction between STK15 and BUBR1.Material and methodsThe laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma tissues and paired normal tissues were taken during operation from 40 patients without previous chemotherapy or radiotherapy.STK15 and BUBR1 protein expressions were evaluated by SP immunohistochemistry method.The association of protein expressions of STK15 and BUBR1 were evaluated by immunofluorescence method.ResultsThe STK15 protein expression level of Lscc tissues was higher than that of paired normal tissues(p<0.05).but,The BUBR1 protein expression level of Lscc tissues was lower than that of paired normal tissues(p<0.05).The interaction of STK15 and BUBR1 was possible.ConclusionThe data suggested that over-expression of STK15 protein and low-expression of BUBR1 protein is possible played a role in tumorigenesis and progression of Lscc.Furthermore,The interaction of STK15 and BUBR1 was possible.It may be identified as a new therapeutic target.
