ObjectiveApproach to the risk of Pulmonary Embolism when Vena Cava Filter which Catched Thrombus was retrieved.MethodObserve to the risk of Pulmonary Embolism when G(u|¨)nther Tulip filter which could catch different sizes of thrombus was retrieved through vitro model experiment.ResultTo throw into every 15 pieces of thrombus of 15×15,12×12,10×10,8×8,6×6, 5×5.all succeeded when filters intercepted.Thrombus were integrated and no breaking. after Thrombus was retrieved we checked residual thrombus:3mm-5mm were 99 (5-9,78(4-6),37(2-3),25(1-3),5(0-2),3(0-1),5mm-10mm is 7,2,0,0, 0,0,10mm is none.ConclusionWhen G(u|¨)nther Tulip filter were retrieved using 12F retrieva sheath,the more greater the filter captered thrombus,the more greater and the more thrombus which were caducous when it were retrieved.When thrombus which G(u|¨)nther Tulip filter captered were less than 6×6mm,thrombus which size is 3-5mm scarcely happened to defluxion and it was not more than two and it was 8-55%.When thrombus which Giinther Tulip filter captered were more than 8x8mm,thrombus which size is 3-5mm easily happened to defluxion and it was 78-100%.When thrombus which G(u|¨)nther Tulip filter captered were less than l0×l0mm,thrombus which size is 5-10mm scarcely happened to defluxion and it was 0-22%.When thrombus which Giinther Tulip filter captered were more than 12xl2mm,thrombus which size is 5-10mm happened to defluxion and it was 2-41%.Thrombus which size is more than 10mm happened to defluxion and it was 0-22.
