In the past decades, due to the wide use of synthetic medicine and antibiotics, abuse, misemployment of the chemicals exist and bring about great harm to human body. Thus, a green tide of "returning to the nature"arises over the world. People have been fully aware that natural products are of great security. Developing new medicine from natural products has been an important approach to renew drug production. Especially testing the function of genome through small molecule probe of natural plant, finding new targets and new leading compounds are a major orientation in new medicine research. Structural diversities of small molecules and their multi-target differential physiological activity provide a broad foresight to high-throughput screening of natural drugs and new leading compounds. WHO also encourages the development of traditional medicine. Therefore, it is an international resaearch program to revaluate traditional medicine.Natural drugs can cure and prevent disease because of its active components. The secondary metabolism substance from plants is an important medicine source, such as alkaloids, anthraquinones, flavonoids, saponins, volatile oil, organic acids and tannins. Thus, searching for active components remains the mainstream in phytochemistry and natural products study. Within the past decade, the development of natural product chemistry has offered chemical diversity foundation and enriched...
