| Objective: To abserve the effection of the sperm of the rats of model with renal def- deficiency caused by excessive lassitude and sexual activity and gentamicin. And research the different efficency between the Jin Gui Shen Qi Pill and You Gui Pill in possesion of re -nal fine and the main reproducive function. Methed: The modle group is comprepared wi -th compulsive swimming and excessive sexual activity and gentamicin. The excessive sex -ual activity induceded by colledge effect everyday for 4 weeks. The treatment groups was treated with the same way as the modle group, and they were sepratedly fed with Jin Gui Shen Qi Pill and You Gui Pill. In addition, they were injecting excessive gentamicin ever -yday for one week. Result: Jin Gui Shen Qi Pill and You Gui Pill can greatly increase the amount, the motility, and the survived rate of the sperm. However, there is no sense satati -stically between Jin Gui Shen Qi Pill and You Gui Pill(p>0.05)。The You Gui Pill is incli -ne to have better efficency than Jin Gui Shen Qi Pill. The physical fitness of the rats in Jin Gui Shen Qi Pill group is better than the ones of You Gui Pill group. The number of abnor -mal sperm of You Gui Pill group has been decreased obviously (P<0.01). Conclusion: bo -th You Gui Pill and Jin Gui Shen Qi Pill can greatly increase the quality of the sperm of renal deficiency rats . The efficency of You Gui Pill is much better in comparation with the one of Jin Gui Shen Qi Pill in improving the main productive of function of the rats (P>0. 05).
