The Influence Of Integrative Rahabilitation Therapy With High Potential On The Recovery Of Function Of Patients With Cerebral Infarction

ObjectiveTo discuss the influence of integrative rehabilitation therapy with high potential on the recovery of limb function of patients with cerebral infarction for finding a more effective method to improve limb function after cerebral infarction.MethodsUsing completely random design,84 patients with cerebral infarction were randomly divided into 3 groups:group A to group C.All patients' duration were more than 10 days,treatment time were four weeks.Before and after treatment were assessed using a variety of scale 3 groups of patients with motor function of limb,ADL,deficiency of neural function and clinical efficacy.A group was cluster needling of scalp acupuncture with rehabilitation therapy,B group was high-potential,C group was integrative rehabilitation therapy group(cluster needling of scalp acupuncture rehabilitation therapy with high-potential).Results(1) There is a improvement(P＜0.05) of the motor function of limb,the deficiency of neural function,ADL before and after treatment by the 3 groups.There is not a differentce between groups before treatment.(2)After treatment,there is a significant diffrence(P＜0.05) of the motor function of limband the deficiency of neural function and ADL between integrative rehabilitation therapy group and cluster needling of scalp acupuncture with rehabilitation therapy group.(3) After treatment,there is a significant diffence(P＜0.01) of the motor function of limb and the deficiency of neural function and ADL betreen integrative rehabilitation therapy group and high-potential group.(4)The clinical efficacy of integrative rehabilitation therapy group is effect to the other groups. Conclusion(1) The three groups of patients after cerebral infarction in the treatment of motor dysfunction were effect to reduce the deficiency of neural fuction, improve the motor function of limb and ADL.(2) The integrative rehabitation therapy can improve the motor function of limb,effect to cluster needling of scalp acupunction with rehabilitation therapy and high potential therapy.(3) The integrative rehabitation therapy can improve of ADL energy,effect to cluster needling of scalp acupunction with rehabilitation therapy and high potential therapy.(4) The integrative rehabitation therapy can reduce the deficiency of neural ruction,effect to cluster needling of scalp acupunction with rehabilitation therapy and high potential therapy.
