The Clinical Research On Treatment Of Alcoholic Hepatitis Of Stagnation Of Liver-Qi With Deficiency Of The Spleen Complicated With Damp Heat Syndrome With Hugan Dripping Pill

Objective:To evaluate the clinical therapeutic effect and the safety of Hugan dripping pill on alcoholic hepatitis of stagnation of liver-QI with deficiency of the spleen complicated with damp heat syndrome objectively,by observing the clinical cases in which the patients take the medicine which has been changed from Hugan tablet to Hugan dripping pill.Method:A multicentre random double-blind and double-bummy parallel control protocol was employed in the 48 trial patients with AH.The patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group.Each group had 24 cases.The patients of the treatment group were treated with Hugan dripping pill and the patients of the control group were treated with Hugan tablet.The period of treatment of the two groups was 8 weeks.We observed and compared the situation of the patients in the clinical symptoms and physical sign, the degree of seriousness with B ultrasound checking,the change of liver and kidney function.Result:①The treatment group's overall clinical effective rate of Traditional Chinese Medicine Syndrome was 90.48%,and the control group's was 85.71%,there were no meaning of statistics in differences between the two groups(P＞0.05).During the clinical observation,we also found that Hugan dripping pill had obvious therapeutic effect on hypochondriac pain and abdominal distention.②The total effective rates of the imageological examination of the liver and the spleen with color Doppler of the treatment group was 90.48%,and that of the control team was also 90.48%,there were no meaning of statistics in differences between the two groups(P＞0.05).③The blood ALT,AST and SB levels of the two groups' patients depressed conspicuously after the 8-week treatment(P＜0.05),but there were no remarkable differences between the two groups(P＞0.05).④During the research, no untoward reactions occurred.Conclusion:By observing and comparing,the clinical research proves that Hugan dripping pill can reduce the clinical symptoms of the patients with AH;and it can also better the function of the liver,and degrade the blood ALT,AST and SB levels;and it can also better the degree of engorgement of the liver and the spleen and the sign of hepatic injury which are examined with color Doppler.
