Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Anovulatory Infertility Diagnosed Deficiency Of Kidney And Blood Stasis Syndrome With Bu Shen Huo Xue Recipe And Clomiphene

Objective: To observe the effect of the periodical therapy of Chinese medicine combined with clomiphene on patients with anovulatory infertility and to explore the mechanism of this treatment from the view of traditional Chinese medicine.Method: 105 cases of anovulatory infertility were divided into three treatment groups:GroupA,(n=35)treated by Bushenhuoxue decoction and clomiphene. GroupB,(n=32)treated by Bushenhuoxue decoction. GroupC, (n=33) treated by clomiphene, respectively. Observe the changes of clinical symptoms and signs, the ovulation rate and pregnancy rate,endometrial growth and follicular development , cervival mucus condition, basic body temperature(BBT),the patients of clinical symptoms and signs, and to summary related factors which impact ovulation rate. By the contrast of the three groups,we can reveal the characteristics of the therapies,and build a solid foundation for the further research in the future.Result: Total clinical curative effect:The groupA was 91. 43%,the groupB was 59. 38%,the groupC was 75. 76%. The groupA contains 35 patients, 15 of them got pregnancy after thetreatment,and the rate was 42. 86%,the groupB contains 32 patients,4of them got pregnancy after the treatment,and the rate was 12. 50%,the groupC contains 33 patients,8 of them got pregnancy after the treatment,and the rate was 24. 24%. Period of treatment in groupA were 102 periods,81 of them were ovulating periods, rate of which was 79. 41%,Period of treatment in groupB were 96 periods,34 of them were ovulating periods,rate of which was 35. 42%,Period of treatment in groupC were 97 periods,59of them were ovulating periods,rate of which was60. 82%. There was statistics difference between them. In the other areas, GroupA is the best one in these three groups.Conclusion: The periodic therapy of Chinese medeine combined with clomiphene is an effective recipe in ovulation induction. The effect maybe achieve by this treatment through regulating the function of hypothalam-pituitary-ovary axis and the endocrinal environment in the patients with anovulatory infertility.
