Objective:By the nutrition education to the 18-25 year-old volunteer groups that are lack of VA,and through the experimental observation of these groups' different levels of VA and Zn complementarity,research the dietary intake of VA,Zn and nutrient metabolism levels before and after the comprehensive intervention,find the problems and provide useful suggestions,in order to make a further discussion of the appropriate intake parameter of VA,Zn joint complementarity of these groups and make a more farther support to the scientific nutrition education.Methods:After nutrition investigating the nutrition status and the knowledge-attitude-behavior (KAP) of the 18-25 year-old medicos in Lanzhou region,number the volunteers who are lack of VA and Zn according to their sex and the sequence of their participation, divide them into four groups with randomicity,this was conditioned in the way that the men and women were in the same number in each group.They were as follows: comparison group,single-Zn supplement group,single-VA supplement group,the joint VA and Zn supplement group.Through two ways,one was the observation(That were mostly depended on the nutrition education),and the other was integrated interventions (Combined nutrition education with joint VA and Zn supplement),make the VA,Zn levels of the volunteers stayed on a stable status at the end point of the observation (Considered synthetically the VA,Zn concentration in the peripheral blood,the level of serum RBP,dark adaptation time,AKP vitality,self-symptoms) for some time,for 5-7 days in each week during the investigation we surveyed the intakes of the dietary VA,Zn, and related nutrient of the volunteers with methods of 24h dietary recall,billing and weighting.Through the issuance of pamphlets and hold lectures and other forms of nutrition education to make the students to understand the importance of vitamins and minerals,and the harmfulness of lacks or excessive to their body and how to add nutrients through diet and reasonable in order to change bad eating habits(such as choosy food,eclipse,etc.),a reasonable diet.Before and after the intervention,we investigated the nutrition status of diet of the volunteers and analyze their nutrition knowledge-attitude-behavior.Results:1,After the integrated intervention,the volunteers formed some more reasonable diet;The energy intake of the meals in their breakfast,lunch,supper and sock in every day has increased than before;The volunteers'intakes of the VA,Zn and vitamin C have increased evidently(P<0.05).2,After the integrated intervention,the males' intake parameter were increased excepted that of energy and fattiness,further more,the intake parameter of Ca,Zn,VA,VC were increased than before markedly(P<0.05).The energy intake of the males in the breakfast, lunch,supper and sock were increased;The intake parameter of the females about the energy,carbohydrate,Fe,Zn,VA,VC were increased,thereinto the intake parameter of Zn,VA,VC was changed markedly(P<0.05);And the others were decreased,thereinto the intake of VB2 was changed significantly than before(P<0.05).3,After the intervention the concentration of Ca,Cu,Fe,Mg in the hole blood of the volunteers that were been investigated were increased markedly(P<0.05),while the concentration of Zn was decreased;The lack rate of Ca,Fe,Zn and Mg was each decreased by 22.07%,10.8%,1.88%,1.88%,but the lack rate of Cu was increased by 7.04%.4,After the intervention,the RBC,HGB,HCT,MCV and RDW-SD were increased significantly(P<0.05),while the MCH and MCHC were significantly decreased (P<0.05).After the intervention,the number of the person whose RBC,HGB,HCT, MCV,RDW-SD were in the normal range were significantly increased,thereinto the number of them whose HCT,MCV,MCHC and RDW-SD were in the normal range were increased as 13.41%,20.67%,17.32%and 40.79%;Before and after the intervention,the prevalence rate of anemia was 3.91%and 2.81%(P>0.05).5,Before and after the intervention,the IgA levels of the males and females were not changed significantly(P>0.05).After the intervention,the IgG level of the males were decreased significantly(P<0.05),and the IgM levels of the males and females were increased slightly,but there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).After the intervention the complement C3 level of the males and females were significantly lower (P<0.05);The ALP level of the males and females were decreased,thereinto the changes of the females were significantly different(P<0.05),and the males had no significant changes(P>0.05).6,Before the nutrition education,the crowd's knowledge score was 42.27±8.29,attitude score was 14.29±1.93,and behavioral score was 16.39±2.17;After the nutrition education,the three kinds of scores rose to 46.52±6.78,15.20±0.98 and 18.39±2.17. After receiving the nutrition education the crowd tends to get nutritional knowledges through more and wider range of ways;the crowd's correct eating behaviors increased as 15.75 percent;their demand for nutrition knowledge became more diversified,thereinto their demand for knowledge on the prevention of malnutrition increased as 20.75 percent. According to the education this crowd had an obverse change on the dietary knowledge, faith and behavior.Conclusion:After a comprehensive nutrition intervention,we found some nutrition problems here about the medical college students aged 18-25 in the region of Lanzhou, that they were mainly take animal meat food,and were inadequate about the intake of fruits and vegetables,and having single type of food diet habits,these problems have been ameliorated after the intervention,the needs of the food composition were sufficient, and the food varieties were all ready.The intervention scheme of nutrition education joined complementarity intervention to this crowd,has had a positive action to the volunteers' series of parameters of the peripheral blood cells and the normalization of the distribution of the microelement levels in whole blood.The flexible forms of nutrition education to the crowd have had a good effect.As well as raising the level of the nutrition knowledge,we aught to make greater efforts to promote the formation of healthy eating behavior.
