Clinical Study On Treating Unstable Angina Pectoris With Blood-activating And Heat-clearing Decoction

[Objective]This topic is for the purpose of observing and discussing the clinical effect of Blood-activating and Heat-clearing Decoction coordinated with modern drugs as the foundation treatment to the in-door patients with Unstable Angina Pectoris.Further examining the scientific nature of thoracic obstruction with pyretic syndromes theory,promoting it to a vast clinical field,and probably providing the patients with a new treatment for curing UAP in the future.[Method]This research is a forward-looking stochastic list blind check experiment.The target patients come from the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine,who are hospitalized in the cardiovascular department from December,2007 to March,2009.All in all,100 targets are enrolled,50 people for each group randomly.One group of them will be given Blood-activating and Heat-clearing Decoction,and the other will be tried a placebo,both of which are fundamentally supported by modern cardiac drugs.After taking that soup 4 weeks,that indexes which are angina pectoris index,Troponin I(Tn_I),creatine phosphate kinase isoenzyme-MB(CK_MB),total cholesterol(CHOL),triglyceride(TG),high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL_C),and low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL_C),electrocardiogram(EKG) and Blood pressure will be checked for the effectiveness of Blood-activating and Heat-clearing Decoction treatment,the other 3 indexes,alanine aminotransferase(ALT),creatinine(Cr),potassium ion(K+) will be checked out for the safety possibility of the herbal soup. And the decreasing or even reducing pyretic syndromes will be recognized as the effectiveness of Blood-activating and Heat-clearing Decoction treatment.[Result]After 4 weeks of observation the herbal soup,all the data shows that Blood-activating and Heat-clearing Decoction can obviously reduce the angina pectoris the outbreak number of times,the ache duration,Nitroglycerin tablets(NG) piece amount used(p＜0.05),can obviously reduce CRP(p＜0.05), CTn_I and CK_MB,CHOL,TG,HDL_C,LDL_C,the electrocardiogram grading, BP(p＜0.05),and can obviously improve patient's chest tightness and troublesome feeling,the palpitation is flustered,the dry mouth reduced, dizziness tinnitus weakened,sweat reduction,shortness of breath reduced, the constipation re-opened,the fever lowed and so on,but in ALT,Cr,the K+ aspects actually have not been significantly influenced,expressed that herbal treatment cannot affect the patient hepatorenal function and the electrolyte is balanced.[Conclusion]This research indicated that the Heat-clearing Decoction can obviously improve patient's chest tightness and troublesome feeling,the palpitation is flustered,the dry mouth reduced,dizziness tinnitus weakened, sweat reduction,the constipation re-opened,the fever lowed,gas yang deficiency symptoms such as the over-perspiration,shortness of breath, extreme chilliness,acid side lumbar white and so on have been alleviated and improved;it can also reduce angina pectoris the outbreak number of times, the ache duration,nitroglycerin tablets(NG) piece-amount used,and this herbal soup has following function:suppresses inflammatory cell infiltration and immunity factor expression,strengthen immunologic function;it can also obviously reduce the cardiac enzyme and cardiac muscle enzyme tracer index of unstable angina pectoris patient;and control the blood pressure, improvement lipid metabolism effectively.But it will not significantly influence patient's hepatorenal function and the balance of electrolyte, clinical application of Blood-activating and Heat-clearing Decoction is safe and can obtain more benefits.
