The Clinical Research Of Yiqihuoxue Qingrejiedu Method In Multiple Branch Lesions,unstable Angina Pectoris Coronary

Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect of supplementing qi and activating blood circulation, clearing heat and detoxicating method for treating coronary multiple branch lesions in unstable angina and carrying on theoretical study on the pathogenesis and therapy.Methods: Choose patients who are diagnosed as multi vessel coronary disease from Shandong Provincial Traditional Chinese Medical Hospital, which is the attached hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine. And randomly divide them into two groups, as the experimental group and control group respectively. The experimental group is given Astragalus mongholicus No.1 prescription, which is the representative prescription of supplementing qi and activating blood circulation, clearing heat and detoxicating method, and meanwhile with conventional western medicine treatment. The control group is given pure western medicine routine treatment. Take medicine for four weeks to observe the changes before and after the treatment of angina symptoms, electrocardiogram, TCM symptom curative effect integral(change), serum total cholesterol(TC), low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C), high sensitive C reactive protein(hs-CRP), and interleukin 6(IL-6).Results: After 4 weeks treatment, 1. a total of 60 cases in accordance with the screening conditions of coronary multi vessel disease, which are divided into two groups, the experimental group and the control group, with 30 cases in each one; 2. the symptoms of angina as well as TCM symptoms in two groups are all improved, especially the experimental group(P < 0.01 or P < 0.05); 3. the electrocardiogram expression of experimental is obviously better than that of control group(p < 0.05); 4. the curative effect of low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C), high sensitive C reactive protein(hs-CRP), and interleukin 6(IL-6) in the experimental group is better than that of control group(P < 0.01 or P < 0.05); 5. The degree lowering of concentration of serum total cholesterol after treatment between the two groups has no significant difference(P > 0.05), thus the efficacy of the two groups is similar.Conclusion: The supplementing qi and activating blood circulation, clearing heat and detoxicating method has better clinical curative effect on treating coronary multiple branch lesions in unstable angina, can effectively improve the symptoms of patients with unstable angina, reduce the level of inflammatory factors in coronary heart disease, and improve the patients’ quality of life.
