| Objective:To observe the functional exercise of fracture by application of information technology.Method:We selected 15 inpatients of Foshan hospital of TCM(July 2008-February 2009) suffering from open tibial fracture,used Xia Hetao fixation to fixed, made ankle flexion and extension in first day of postoperation, and knee flexion and extension after the injured limb detumescences. Collected the datas of muscular motivation and stent moment one time when did functional exercise,once a week in seven weeks,one minute every time, analysed the relationship and changes between them.Results:Generally speaking,each period of functional exercise muscular motivation and stent moment is linear correlation.The related slopes are a process of small to big,and then gradually become smaller to the stability. In the first 3 postoperation weeks,with the restoration of muscle strength, stent moment increased when moved,and the related slopes gradually increased: 0.09 at the first week,0.19 at the second week.The most obvious change is 0.94 at the third week,when the functional exercise makes the end of the fracture and external fixation system the greatest impact.Three weeks later, while muscle strength is almost normal,due to the growth of callus and the "calcification",the changes of stent moment and the related slopes begin to reduce,the most obvious changes in the fourth week,the slope is 0.33,when the porosis beging;then the slopes become stable.It's 0.10 at the fifth week, 0.04 at the sixth week,the slope at the seventh week is the same as the sixth week's.The law of this process is also in line with the general clinical characteristics of fracture healing.Conclusion:Functional exercise muscular motivation and stent moment is linear correlation,and the related slopes are a process of small to big,and then gradually become smaller to the stability. |
