| Speciality:Integrated Chinese and Western Clinical Medicine(7-years program)Author:ZiChao GuanTutor:ZhiJian TanObjective:Intercept of blood current caused by the operation on liver would lead to ischemical reperfusion injury,which influences essentially to the illness prognosis,the achievement ratio of the operation and the persistence of the patient.Hence,how to tackle the ischemic preconditioning,shorten the intercepted period and lessen the risk of operation is a critical theme we must face in the operation on liver.Chinese Traditional Herb is a complexity accommodation.It gives a suitable protection to the ischemical live from multistrata and multitatarget.The method benefiting vital energy and promotion blood flow has the clinical curative effect on the recovery of ischemical reperfusion injury after the operation on cutting the live.We conduct an analysis through comparing the operations of liver cutting from Guangdong Provincial Hospital of Traditions Chinese Medicine since March of 2008.We adopt the retrospective study in the analysis and have a further study on the effect of operation on live and the methods benefiting vital energy and promotion blood flow on lessening ischemical reperfusion injury after the operation.It will certainly give the example and basis to the advanced clinical curative effect combined with Chinese and West medical practice and the formulation of the practical procedures.Methods:60 implemented cases of the hepatic surgery were taken as exampl es and randomly divided into two groups.Control group with routine treatme nt(anti -infection,liver protection,rehydration,symptomatic support.etc), treatment group with extra treatment of 20ml Huangqi and 20ml Danshen Injection.Two groups were carefully taken under comparative analysis.Result:This study collected a total of 60 cases(the control group 30 cases,the treatment group 30 cases),52 cases of them were of followed up about 2 to 5 months(mean 3.1 months),4 cases in the traditional group were out of follow-up.Two groups of patients admitted to hospital on the condition there was no significant difference.The average hospitalization time fell from 13.46±4.82 days to 10.51±3.50days(P=0.043).Patients of both groups had taken the treatment of ALT,AST,PT,TIBL,before the application of Huangqi and danshen injection,and there was no significant difference.After the application of the Huangqi and Danshen injection for the treatment group, The AST fell from 131.97±41.86U/L to 111.19±28.36U/L(P=0.048).The ALT fell from 131.97±41.86mmol/L to 111.19±28.36U/L(P=0.048).The TIBL fell from 30.57±8.926umol/L to 24.42±11.42umol/L(P=0.046).There was no significant difference in PT and Clinical symptom score.Conclusions:This study proved that after carrying out the method of benefiting vital energer and promoting blood flow on lobectomy of liver patients in Guang Dong Provincical Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medical,the hospitalization time decreased obviously.Huangqi and Danshen injection has a good effect on microciro culationand ische mia-reperfusion injury.
