| Objective: Through the observation of Qishenyiqi pills on chronic heart failure of coronary heart disease(Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome)in patients with heart rate variability(HRV)effect,aims to objectively evaluate the feasibility,efficacy and safety of drugs and the effect on the prognosis of patients.Methods:Choose from 2015.11 to 2016.12 in the Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from cardiovascular hospitalization in patients with coronary heart disease in patients with chronic heart failure by TCM syndrome of qi deficiency and blood stasis were 56 cases,30 cases were male,26 were female,randomly divided into two groups randomly divided into treatment group of 28 cases for the control group 28 cases,reference guide treatment,according to the indications.Two groups were treated with different levels of ACEI,beta blockers,aldosterone receptor antagonist(spironolactone),diuretics,digitalis,antiplatelet agents,statins such as coronary heart disease standardized treatment,the control group only received western medicine treatment,the treatment group in western medicine combined with Qishenyiqi pills(0.5g Po TID).After 4 weeks of treatment,the changes of HRV and clinical efficacy were observed in the two groups.Two groups of patients before and after treatment of Holter,6 minutes walk test,echocardiography measurement of LVEF,NYHA heart function classification,TCM syndrome score,and Analysis on the detection of sinus rhythm of heart rate variability in time domain,calculate SDNN(RR interval standard deviation)and RMSSD(root mean square of the difference between the adjacent RR interval the value of pNN50(RR)and the percentage of adjacent interval exceeds the total 50 ms of sinus beat).Results:1)through clinical observation of 56 cases,28 casesin the treatment group,28 cases in the control group;2)before treatment,two groups of gender,age,heart rate,blood pressure,LVEF and NYHA grade of heart function,SDNN,RMSSD,pNN50,6 minutes walk test distance,TCM syndrome score showed no significant difference(all P > 0.05);3)after the treatment of two patients with SDNN,RMSSD and pNN50 were significantly higher than those before treatment(P < 0.05),and the treatment group significantly than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05);4)in two groups after the treatment,6 minutes walking distance,LVEF of both groups the higher(P< 0.05),and the treatment group significantly than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05);5)NYHA grade of heart function improved significantly in two groups after treatment,the total effective rate of treatment group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);6 rule)After treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes in the two groups were lower than those before the treatment,and the treatment group was better than that of the control group.The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion:In the standard western medicine in the treatment of coronary heart disease and heart failure combined with Qishenyiqi pills can improve the HRV,function of autonomic nerve repair injury,improve heart function,improve exercise tolerance,relieve clinical symptoms and improve the prognosis of patients,good safety,has preferable clinical curative effect. |
