Sixty-one patients were met with China Classification of Mental Disorders(CCMD-3) criteria for OCD.The clinical features of all patients were evaluated by general conditions scale, Yale-Brown Obsessive Compulsive Scale (Y-BOCS), Eysenck Personality Questionnaire(EPQ) and Family Environment Scale(FES-CV). Their parents were assessed with the Eysenck Personality Questionnaire(EPQ), and compared with the normal controls and their parents.Results:1.The case group compared with control group. The results supported that there was a significant difference between the two population distributions (Z1=-3.89 P<0.05; Z2=-2.90 P<0.05; Z3=-5.27 P<0.05);2 The case group compared with control group. The results supported that there was a significant difference between the two population distributions of their parents (Z4=-3.32 P<0.05; Z5=-2.70 P<0.05);3.Correlation analysis showed that psychoticim scores in the OCD patients were positively correlated with that in their mothers'neuroticism scores (r=0.24,P<0.05); The extraversion scores in the OCD patients were negatively correlated with that in the mothers' psychoticim scores (r=-0.22,P<0.05).4.The comparison of patients'self-evalued family environment and norm showed: Cohesion are lower than norm (t=-5.23,P<0.05).Expressiveness are lower than norm(t=-4.86,P<0.05).Independence are lower than norm(t=-6.14,P<0.05). Achievement Orientation are lower than norm(t=-7.53,P<0.05),Intellectual-Cultural Orientation are lower than norm(t=-13.42,P<0.05).Active-Recreational Orientation are lower than norm (t=-5.50, P<0.05), Conflict are higher than norm(t=7.59, P<0.05), There was a significant difference in these different family environment characteristics, P<0.05.5.Correlation analysis of patients character and family environment characteristics showed that psychoticim scores in the OCD patients were negatively correlated with the family achievement orientation (r=-0.23, P<0.05). Psychoticim scores in the OCD patients were negatively correlated with the family organization, (r =-0.19, P<0.05).The extraversion scores in the OCD patients were positively correlated with family active-recreational orientation (r=0.26, P<0.05). The neuroticism scores in the OCD patients were negatively correlated with family cohesion (r=-0.24, P<0.05),and were positively correlated with the family conflict (r=0.33, P<0.05).Conclusions:l.The teenage patients with obsessive-compulsive disorder has unhealthy basic of personality.2.The unhealthy personalities of the patients'parents affect their children to some extent, and the occurrence of ocd was closely connected to their unhealthy family environment.
