In this paper,a well-known traditional mongolian medicinal preparation,Sendeng-4 decoction which has been uesed to treat dampness was selected as the study object,Learning from the methods of traditional Chinese medicine research, the following studies were carreied out combined with Mongolian medicine, pharmacology,Mongolian medicine chemistry, analytical chemistry and spectroscopy.First of all,the anti-rheumatoid effective role of different parts of the preparation were compared, and then an effective extraction solvent was selected.Secondly, the separation, purification and identification of ethyl acetate extract of the preparation were finishied. The Specific experimental method is:Two models of Xylene induced mouse ear edema and acetic acid induced writhing were selected as the models to evaluate the anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects of the different parts of the decoction such as water extract, petrolelum ether extract, ethyl acetate extract and n-butyl alcohol extract, respectively. Then ethyl acetate was selected as the extraction solvent. Seperation, purification and identification the chemical constituents of the chromatography, semi-prepared liquid chromatography technology, and spectrocopy extract were done by utilizing solvent extraction method, column technology. The results showed that the.ethyl acetate extract of Sendeng-4 decoction had the better anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects, and three compounds such as Myricetin,Fumalic acid,Benzoic acid were isolated from the extract. In this study, some preliminary work was done for the secondary development of the preparation and meaningful exploration was done for the modernization of Mongolian Medicine.
