Guizhi Fuling Capsule And Dracorhodin On The Endometriotics Function Effect Of VEGF, P450 In Experimental Rats Model

objectiveInvestigate the influence of Dragon blood intraditional Chinese medicine cassia twig and tuckahoe capsule on model of rat ectopia endometrium(endometriosis,Ems)VEGF,P450.Method1.create rat model of ectopia endometrium by seli-transplant.2.From 70 sexually mature females are not mating model rats,10 were put to death 15days later,pathology confirmed the successful model, Randomly divide into Sham-operated group,control group,Chinese low-dose treatment group(0.324g/kg),Medium-dose treatment group(0.648g/kg), high-dose treatment group(1.296g/kg)and Mifepristone group(25mg/kg).and the model grouP was administrated with dissolvent for Curcumin intragastrieally.All the rats were treated everyday for 18 days eontinuousl.3.Ultrastruetural change in EM of eaeh group were observed by elevtron microscopy.4.VEGF and P450arom protein expression in EM of eaeh group were Observed and analyzed by inmmunohistoehemistry method.5.All data using SPSS 16.0 statistical analysis software system.Results1.It was confirmed with Pathology that the rat model was made sueeessfully by autotransplantation of its own endometrium between the superficial and museular layer of the abdomial wall.2.The cubic capacity of focal tissue in gross appearance was great in model group,and was diminuted signifieantlya ftertreatment with Cureumin(P＜0.05).3.Histopathology showed that the treatment group significantly affected by the growth of ectopic endometrium or inhibit degeneration and necrosis of blood for the lack of focus.Quantitative Analysis of the treatment group scored significantly lower than the average intima of control group,however, between the treatment group no significant difference in average score(p＞0.05).Conclusion1.The rat model of endometriosis with angiogenesis whieh reformed and conducted by autotransplantation of its own endometrium was successfully made.2.It was illustrated that the heterogeneity is existed between eutopic and eetopic endometrium on the epression of VEGF and P450 in the eutopic endometrium was not similar in model group compared with that of ectopic endometrium.3.traditional medicine can deerease the cubic eapacity of focal tissue and reduce the neovascularization,inhibit the formation and development of endometriosis.4.It can be deduced that VEGF was play a considerable role in endometriosis,but traditional medicine can deerease the quantity of microvessel and the expression of Protein VEGF and P450 in heterotopic endometrium of endometriosis rats.
