Objective:The purpose of this study is to use the use of "Eleventh Five-Year" plan to support the National Science and Technology-stage 3 chronic kidney disease(CKD) certification period of clinical governance model optimization program research standings TCM Syndrome Center of Hubei CKD3 period of 60 cases of patients quantitative classification of TCM Syndromes,syndromes of traditional Chinese medicine with the age,sex,clinical data such as laboratory analysis,to explore traditional Chinese medicine syndromes CKD3 period distribution,in order to standardize the period CKD3 based on clinical syndrome differentiation.Methods:Case Source:observed cases from June 2008 to December 2008 a Chinese medicine hospital in Hubei Province,Wuhan City, Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Hospital,Peking Union Medical College Hospital,Hubei Province,People's Hospital out-patient CKD3 period in line with the standard of 60 cases of patients. Forms in accordance with the unified design to investigate the clinical data recorded included:①general information:gender, age,medical history,primary disease,body weight(kg),blood pressure and so on.②general physical examination items:blood, serum creatinine,blood urea nitrogen,uric acid,cholesterol, triglycerides,low-density lipoprotein,24-hour urinary protein and so on.③glomerular filtration rate calculated by the MDRD formula.TCM Syndrome④information:TCM syndrome diagnosis in traditional Chinese medicine physician with the assistance of a same co-determined.The use of TCM Syndrome standings of all the clinical syndrome collected quantitative classification,input data check to ensure that correct data then locked the database. Evidence of different types of serum creatinine between eGFR, triglycerides,a 24-hour urinary protein,a number of indicators such as blood urea nitrogen were one-dimensional analysis of variance,x±SD record and p value,in order to observe the TCM Syndrome and inter-related indicators of the existence of significant differences to explore the clinical indicators of modern medicine and the relationship between TCM Syndrome.Results:1.This study shows that patients with 60 cases of male to female ratio of about 1.22:1,the average age of male and female patients with non-discriminatory.2.The card type in kidney yin(blood) deficiency accounts for 63.3%, significantly higher than other card type.Renal blood network paralysis,rheumatism,with interference,followed by decreasing heat intrinsic evidence.3.TCM symptoms appear most frequently followed by 58 cases of lumbar weak acid,accounting for 96.67%;52 cases of nocturnal, accounting for 86.67%;51 cases of stasis sublingual Meridian, accounting for 85%;44 cases of dizziness,ringing in the ears, accounting for 73.33%;42 cases of low back pain fixed,accounting for 70%;36 cases of urinary foam 60%.At least for the frequency of occurrence of skin swelling boil Sores in 3 cases,accounting for 5%.4.In kidney yin(blood) deficiency,kidney blood Arthralgia network, rheumatism with disturbance permit intrinsic heat in the men and women constitute more than evidence is the same.5.Kidney yin(blood) deficiency patients waiting period in the different age distribution of the statistically significant difference.(p<0.05) In greater than or equal to 60-year-old patients,the kidney yin(blood) deficiency the incidence of higher-designate.6.TCM syndrome and serum creatinine,eGFR,triglycerides,a 24-hour urinary protein correlation between:(1) TCM syndrome and the relationship between Scr:kidney yin(blood) deficiency,kidney blockage network Arthralgia compare the two groups p=0.020 there is significant difference,suggesting that renal blood Arthralgia networks than patients with kidney yin(blood) deficiency in patients with high levels of serumcreatinine.(2) TCM syndrome and the relationship between eGFR:kidney yin(blood) deficiency and renal blood Arthralgia network p<0.05 statistically significant differences in renal blood Arthralgia with rheumatoid network disturbance permit with p<0.05 statistically significant difference could be that the renal blood Arthralgia network of patients with kidney yin(blood) deficiency and rheumatoid disturbance permit in two patients with evidence-based creatinine clearance compared to the low rate of serious illness.(3) TCM Syndrome and the relationship between triglyceride:kidney yin (blood) deficiency,rheumatoid disturbance permit within the two groups p<0.05 statistically significant differences in patients with rheumatoid disturbance than in kidney yin(blood) deficiency in patients with high triglyceride levels.(3) TCM Syndrome and a 24-hour urinary protein relationship:kidney yin(blood) deficiency,rheumatism,compared with two sets of disturbance permit p<0.001 statistically significant differences;renal blood Arthralgia network,rheumatism disturbance permit within Comparing the two groups p<0.001 statistically significant difference.
