The Effect Of LXXBT Decoction Enhanced Apoptosis To Hacat Keratinocyte Detected By TUNEL

ObjectiveTo study their impact on HaCaT keratinocytes proliferation and apoptosis.Preliminary study LiangXueXiaoBirang decoction treatment of psoriasis vulgaris in rats.MethodsThrough the vitro subculturing HaCaT cells,detecting the effect of growth and apoptosis which LiangXueXiaoBiTang Decoction on HaCaT keratinocytesResultLXXBT Decoction is able to inhibit proliferation and enhance apoptosis on HaeaT cells,the high,medium and low concentration of growth inhibition rates were 42.82%,25.82%, 8.5%.Their growth inhibition and apoptosis with increasing drug concentration increased dose-dependent manner.ConclusionPsoriasis vulgaris responds to LXXBT decoction,it can inhibit the proliferation of HaCar keratinocytes,and induced apoptosis in keratinocytes,so as to achieve the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris purpose.
