Objective1.To observe the change of the Proliferative benign breast disease incidence before and after intervention on female journalists through the statistical analysis about outcome of physical examination.2.To explore the lifestyle characteristics of female journalists,and the relationship between lifestyle and incidence of Proliferative benign breast disease,quality of life through a questionnaire survey with scale.3.To explore the relationship between changing unscientific lifestyle and improving the quality of life,changing the incidence of Proliferative benign breast disease after the lifestyle intervention under the guidance of health management.MethodsThe research using the cluster sampling method.Selection the female journalists of the Newspaper Group from Shenyang City who have accepted physical examination in the Subsidiary Hospital of my university as subjects,117 cases in all,and using autosynedetic pairing.The first phase,from February 2007 to January 2008 for the control period,without intervention measures on research group,To observe the change of diet, level of exercise,level of cognition,emotion and other indicators from subjects under natural circumstances.The second phase,from February 2008 to January 2009 for the intervention period,with lifestyle intervention on research group,The intervention measures take the Health Management model as the instruction,take community teaching and personal guidance as the fundamental mode,take establishing the healthy lifestyle to carry on the health promotion as the primary coverage.To investigate diet, emotion,fatigue and other indicators before and after intervention by the healthy lifestyle questionaire,the Symptom Checklist,Fatigue Scale-14 and WHO Quality of Life Scale-BREF.then comparative analysis through combination with relative outcome of physical examination before and after intervention to evaluate the effect of intervention.Results1.In the control period(without intervention measures),additional 15 cases patients with Proliferative benign breast disease emerge,2 cases of patients disappear; In the intervention period(with lifestyle intervention),additional 10 cases patients with Proliferative benign breast disease emerge;6 cases of patients disappear.2.After comparing the lifestyle of group without Proliferative benign breast disease from 2007 to 2009,the group without Proliferative benign breast in 2008 is worse than in 2007(P<0.05);the group without Proliferative benign breast in 2009 is better than in 2008(P<0.05).3.Compared with the group with Proliferative benign breast,the diet structure, emotion,the level of exerise,quality of life,and the like fom the group without Proliferative benign breast are better(P<0.05),and the difference has statistically significace.4.After the intervention of health management model,the evident improvement has been discovered in lifestyle and related indicators(P<0.05);the incidence of non-proliferative group decline(19.2%vs 15.4%),but the difference has not statistically significace(x~2=0.364,P=0.547).Conclusions1.Unscientific lifestyle is a risk factor causing Proliferative benign breast disease.2.Under the guidence of health management model and using health education, The incidence of Proliferative benign breast disease among subjects is lower than in the control period.3.The health management model has a important role in improving lifestyle, quality of life and the incidence of Proliferative benign breast disease.4.The research has provided the basis and reference for the present nursing staffs in the lifestyle intervention domain development practice of high risk group and patients of Proliferative benign breast disease,stimultaneously also provides the foundational material for the further research of the health management.
