The Investigation Of Gynecological Diseases And Health Promotion Strategies Among Sanitation Female Workers In Huaian Qinghe Districtwith Gynecologic Disease And Health Management Strategies

Objective:To investigate thegynecology disease situationofsanitation female workersinHuaianQinghe District,explore the related factors that influenced the reproductive health,then some suggestions and measures of health managementstrategieswere maken.Method:Two groupswere divided:368 sanitation female workersinHuaianQinghe Districtwas the first group,who were scheduled for medicaltests in the health examination center of Huaian First People's HospitalwithNanjing Medical Universityin 2014,The top two,gynecological diseases prevalence,each was statisticed,and the prevalences were calculated.The secondgroup included 10944 women,who were from the same district and scheduled for the medicaltests in the same centerin 2014,The data of second group were used to calculate the average.At last,both of them were made to compare.Results:The top two,prevalence of breast disease and cervicitis,were similarbetweentwo groups.In the first group,the prevalences of two diseases are 78.26%and 53.26%.In the secend group,the prevalences of two diseases are 35.75%and 26.97%.the breast diseases incidence of the first group is 42.51%higher than the second,and the cervicitis incidenceis 26.29%.In two groups,the highest incidence age of two dieceses is 40 to 49 years old.Conclusion:Thereproductive health statusofsanitation female orkersinHuaianQinghe District is poor,breast disease and cervicitis are the main gynecology diseases,prevalence rate is higher than the average.During 40 to 49 years old,special attention must be payed to theprevention and treatment of gynecological diseases.Scientific health management strategy must be used to the comprehensive prevention and control of gynecological diseases.
