Then the content determination was building for B221, and it has been proved that the compound is a sort of secondary product in the process of extraction,it's generate is related with processing and extraction,while it exists mainly in the extracting solution of crude Decoction Pieces and disappeared after processed. To choose 6 kinds of Tumor cell lines,3 kinds of fungus and HelicoboctonPyli to screen the the effects of inhibition.Through the analysis between the samples of different extraction methods and dissolvent, explored the changes of the HPLC finger-prints systematically. And the existence about'shameibaogan'of the glucosinolate was initially confirmed. The generation principle of the compounds A209,B221 significantly quantitatively changed before and after processing has been anslyzed, providing the new clue of looking for the qualitative changed compound.The methods of extraction and content mensuration about the crude extract of glucosinolate has been setted up, by using the experiment study of gastric emptying and intestinal propulsive function in mice, the effects of glucosinolate was initially screenedAccording to the experimental result, the interdependency between internal components changes of Semen Raphani before and after processing and essence of intrinsic change of processing was studied on.
