Studies Of Yiqi Yangyin Jiedu Therapy In Treatment With Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

Objective:To the pathogenesis characteristic of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) patients'"toxic,deficiency",to observe the effct and the influence of immunologic function of Yiqi Yangyin Jiedu therapy in treating patients with non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) and discusse the mechanism.Methods:Adopting randomized method, the 40 patients enrolled were assigned to the treated group (20cases) and the control group (20cases). The control group was treated by chemotherapy alone, while the treated group treated by chemotherapy combined with Yiqi Yangyin Jiedu therapy. Twenty-eight days is one period.Observe and evaluate the therapeutic effect after four continual periods. Results:The entity lump volume,immunologic function,tumor markers,quality of life,clinical symptoms improvement,toxic-side effects of the treated group are better than the control group(P<0.05),and there was difference in 12month survival rate(P<0.05).Conclusion:Yiqi Yangyin Jiedu therapy can improve immunologic function after chemotherapy,improve quality of life,clinical symptoms improvement and reduce the toxic-side effects,so it is a positive and valid method on NSCLC.
