Clinical Trial Of Advanced Hepatic Carcinoma Combined Treatment By Yangyin Jiedu Huayu Herb Paste And CyberKnife

Objective:To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Yangyin Jiedu Huayu Gao joint CyberKnife in treatment of advanced Hepatic Carcinoma by observing it's preliminary results,thus clarify whether it's an high efficiency and low toxicity and feasible remedy for advanced liver cancer.Method:This study in accordance with the principle of prospective randomized,would meet the entry conditions set of 60 patients with primary liver cancer are divided into control group and treatment group,30 cases in each group.Control group treated with CyberKnife and symptomatic support,then the treatment group add Yangyin Jiedu Huayu Gao.Observe two groups of peripheral blood AFP value,T lymphocyte subsets and the recent curative effect,KPS score,clinical symptoms,TCM syndrome type change and adverse reactions,ect.Results:(1)Comparison of peripheral blood AFP: after 1 week,1-month,3-month positive rate of peripheral blood AFP values lower than before treatment,but a statistical analysis showed no significant difference between the two group(P>0.05).By comparison within the two groups,before and after 1 week of treatment is not statistically significant(P>0.05),while the remaining comparison within the two groups are statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)Comparison of peripheral blood t-lymphocyte subtypes level:In the treatment group,the T auxiliary cell(CD3+CD4+),T inhibit cell(CD3+CD8+),and the T double positive cell(CD3+CD4+CD8+)after treatment are slightly increased,the control group of T inhibit cell(CD3+CD8+),and T double positive cell(CD3+CD4+CD8+)has increased,T auxiliary cell(CD3+CD4+)has declined,but both of these differences are no statistics meaning(P>0.05).(3)Short term effect of total efficiency comparison:After treatment,the effect of the treatment groups of total efficiency was 70%(21/30),the control group was 60%(18/30),and the total effective rate in the treatment group is slightly higher than the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).(4)The Karnofsky score:Two groups of Karnofsky score after treatment are increased than before treatment,there was a statistically significant difference between the two group(p<0.05);The number of treatment group improved Karnofsky score is 21,stability number 7;The control group of improved Karnofsky score is 12,stable number of cases to 14;The difference between two group was statistically significant(p <0.05);Meanwhile,compare in two groups before and after treatment,both groups improved Karnofsky score after treatment than before treatment,both groups before and after treatment in strong(p-<0.05),and the difference was significant(p <0.05).(5)Comparison of two groups of symptoms after treatment:After treatment,symptoms total improvement rate of 86.7% in the treatment group,control group is 66.7%,the difference statistically significant(p<0.05).(6)The incidence of adverse reactions: Gastrointestinal adverse reactions adverse reaction rate of 13.3% in the treatment group,control group was 36.7%,there was a statistically significant difference between them(p<0.05);function of bone marrow suppression,incidence of 20% in the treatment group,control group for the 16.7%,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).(7)Comparison of TCM syndrome: Syndrome of Yin deficiency of liver and kidney patients in the treatment group are 7 cases,and 14 cases in the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusions : Yangyin Jiedu Huayu Gao combined with CyberKnife treatment of primary liver cancer is improving patients ' quality of life and reduce adverse reaction after the treatment of CyberKnife.For patients with primary liver cancer,it is an effective,safe,reliable,and comprehensive treatment method with the value,and its long-term effect remains to be seen.
