| Objective:By setting up the myocardial ischemia-reperfusion arrhythmia model of rat and producing relative experimental evidences,we would probe the mechanism and theory of reinforcing qi and warming yang prescription protecting myocardial ischemia-reperfusion arrhythmia, and provide an experimental basis for further investigating and clinical use.Method:40 healthy wister rats were divided into four groups at random: the group of pseudo operation;the group of ischemia-reperfusion operation; the group of traditional Chinese medicine;the group of propafenone. The model of myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury was created with the ligation of left anterior descending coronary artery lasting 10minutes and postischemiac reperfusion persisted 30minutes also.We observed the incidence of reperfusion arrhythmias, the activities of Na+-K+-ATPase,and Ca2+-Mg2+-ATPase in myocardial tissues and the calciumion content of myocardial tissue.Result:l.The incidence of reperfusion arrhythmia of the group of traditional Chinese medicine was much lower than the group of ischemia -reperfusion operation(P<0.01),but not significantly altered with the group of propafenone(p>0.05).2.Compared with the group of pseudo operation, the activities of Na+-K+-ATPase and Ca2+-Mg2+-ATPase in myocardial tissues of the other groups were much lower(P<0.01).The activities of Na+-K+-ATPase and Ca2+-Mg2+-ATPase in myocardial tissues of the group of traditional Chinese medicine were much higher than the group of ischemia-reperfusion operation(P<0.01),but not significantly altered with the group of propafenone(p>0.05).3.Compared with the group of pseudo operation, the content of Ca2+ in myocardial tissues of the other groups were much higher(p<0.01).The content of Ca2+ in myocardial tissues of the group of traditional Chinese medicine was lower than the group of ischemia-reperfusion operation(P<0.01),but not significantly altered with the group of propafenone(p>0.05).Conclusion:Reinforcing qi and warming yang prescription has protective effects on the rats with myocardial ischemia-reperfusion arrhythmia. The mechanism of action is related to decreasing the calcium overload and increasing the ATPase activity. |
