Objective:this study by observing the premature beat ling capsule on ischemia reperfusion arrhythmia model rats of duration of arrhythmia and myocardial tissue Na+ -K+ -ATPase, Ca2+ -Mg2+ -ATPase activity of influence, to further explore premature beat ling capsule action mechanism for the treatment of ischemia reperfusion arrhythmia.Methods:rats were randomly divided into 5 groups, the blank group, control group, model group, Chinese medicine group and the control group, each group of 10. Coronary artery ligation method is adopted to establish the ischemia reperfusion arrhythmia in rats model of observation records within 30 min reperfusion group rats the duration of arrhythmia, after the experiment to be put to death all the rats, the myocardial tissue Na+ -K+ -ATPase. Ca2+ -Mg 2+-ATPase activity test.Results:compared with model group, Chinese medicine group, control group rats arrhythmia duration, statistically significant difference (P< 0.05). Compared with control group, Chinese medicine group rats cardiac arrhythmia duration difference has no statistical significance (P> 0.05).2. Compared with the blank group, the control group, model group rats myocardial tissue Na+ -K+ -ATPase, Ca2+ -Mg2+ -ATPase activity decreased obviously, there are significant differences (P< 0.01); Compared with model group. Chinese medicine group, control group rats myocardial tissue Na+ -K+ -ATPase. Ca2+ -Mg2+ -ATPase activity increased, the difference was statistically significant (P< 0.05); Group compared with control group, traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) in the rat myocardial tissue Na+ -K+ -ATPase, Ca2+ -Mg 2+ -ATPase activity has no statistically significant difference (P> 0.05).Conclusion:1. The premature beat ling capsule can shorten the duration of the arrhythmia in rats.2. Premature beat ling capsule can improve the ischemia reperfusion arrhythmias in the rat model of myocardial tissue Na+ -K+ -ATPase, Ca2+ -Mg 2+-ATPase activity.3. Ling capsule to treat premature ischemia reperfusion arrhythmia, its mechanism may be related to improving myocardial tissue Na+ -K+ -ATPase, Ca2+ -Mg2+ -ATPase activity, improve myocardial energy metabolism, reduce intracellular calcium overload, outside and inside of the myocardial cell membrane Na+, K+, Ca2+ Mg2+ the stability of the plasma.
