The Historical Cultural Analysis On Ancient Chinese Medicine Medical Records

Through having reorganized the materials of the ancient times of Chinese medicine,this article has combed how the Chinese medicine medical records developed and has analyzed their characters and reasons according to different historical stages.At the end of my article,I have tried to provide a context between traditional Chinese medicine and modern medicine by way of epistemology.Chinese medicine medical records are divided into four historical periods according to the different characters in different times.Form pre-Qin to Jin Tang,it was the enlightenment time of Chinese medicine medical records,the Song Jin Yuan Dynasty was the developing period of it,the Ming Dynasty was the mature time of it,while the Qing Dynasty was the prosperous time of Chinese medicine medical records.In the pre-Qin time,the development of Chinese medicine medical records was confined by lower material conditions, which developed slowly,loosely and lack of system.The government of the Song Jin Yuan period paid much attention to medicine,which helped to improve the status of medicine and contributed to the building of medical academic atmosphere.Also the rapid improvement of printing made it possible to write medical books,which contributed to the structure of medical notes.The Ming Dynasty took "the medical household" into effect,it was the system that caused the medical experience's long-term accumulation and the inheritance obtained the guarantee,the Confucian scholar massively doctor who brought from the medicine the knowledge structure change and the bright mid and late stage "practical" ideological trend starting,so in this time medical notes works start to appear massively,not only carried on the careful discussion to the Chinese medicine medical records' written form but also born a first Chinese medicine medical records kind of book.The Qing Dynasty was the prosperous time in the history of traditional Chinese medicine,in this period the style of research(to discover the origin of proofs),greatly promoted the development of the Chinese medical notes,people at that time paid more attention to the importance of experienced evidences,in this time many medical notes' were created,and the records while seeing patients were widely used;In addition,the Chinese medicine medical records had the different schools which influenced by domain and long-term transiting from teachers to students directlyThe Chinese medicine medical records research is one kind of empirical study.It's theories has the obvious examination implication.
