Therapeutic Effect Observation Of Method Of Cleairng Heat And Removing Dampness And Resolving Phlegm On Mycoplasma Pneumonia With Syndrome Of Obstruction Of Lung By Damp-heat

Objective： This research took the children with mycoplasma pneumoniaepneumonia(MpP) with syndrome of Obstruction of Lung by Damp-heat as the researchobjects，to evaluate the method of clearing heat and removing dampness and resolvingphlegm in treating pediatric pneumonia mycoplasma pneumonia clinical curative effect.Methods:70cases of pneumonia mycoplasma pneumonia children were divided into twogroups according to entering the first or the second hospital,40cases in trail group and30cases in control group. The trail group were treated both the method of clearing heat andremoving dampness and resolving phlegm and the western medicine method of large ringlactone class antibiotic treatment, the control group was only by a large ring lactone classantibiotic treatment, and to observe these two groups of symptoms and signs ofimprovement.Results: The total effective rate of trail group and the control group is100%and96.7%，and the results of the two groups have differences; The total score of the trailgroup is better than the control group after treatment,and the difference is statisticallysignificant (P＜0.05);The TCM syndromes curative effects are different, the totaleffective rate of trail group is100%,and the control groupone is90.0%;The symptom ofabdominal distension as well as lazy move and poor appetite in the trail group areimproved compared with control group.and the differences is significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion: Method of clearing heat and removing dampness and resolving phlegmhas significant treatment effect.
