Effect Of Yangxin Grain On Serum Superoxide Dismutase In Myocardial Ischemia Reperfusion Injury Rat Model

OBJECTIVE:Chinese herbal compound by observing the particles of YangxinGrain myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury rat model of superoxide dismutase and the impact of ECG, from the level of serum pharmacology discuss its possible mechanism, in order to provide an objective theoretical basis.METHODS:To 40 Wistar rats were randomly divided into 4 groups: sham operation group, model control group, YangxinGrain group and the particles aizoon Danshen tablet group, YangxinGrain group and the particles aizoon Danshen tablet group, in accordance with the dose3.75g/kg and 0.528g/kg administered to the rats respectively one week, one week after the ligation of left anterior descending coronary artery in rats 30min, 60min resulted in recanalization in acute myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury model.
