Clinical Research On The Effect Of Yishen-Jiangtang Mixture On The Ualb/Cr In The Patients With Early Diabetic Nephropathy

Objective :To observe the Clinical efficacy of Yishen-Jiangtang mixture in treatment of Early diabetic nephropathy, and to discuss the Clinical significance of the determination of U-mAlb/UCr in early diagnosis of diabetic nephropathy.Methods:At the basis of basic Lowering blood glucose and blood pressure, Divided the patients into two groups, who had been diagnosed as Early diabetic nephropathy,each group had 30 cases. The patients in control group were treated with Jinshuibao Capsule, and treated with Yishen-Jiangtang mixture in treatment group . One process of treatment lasted for 4 weeks ,and two process were needed.Results:By clinical observation ,treatment group had better results than the control group in improving the clinical symptoms and signs(P<0.05);in improving High-sensitivity C-reactive protein or in hemodynamics(P<0.05).There was no adverse reactions In the course of treatment.Conclusions:Clinical observation showed that Yishen-Jiangtang mixture had reliable effect in treatment of Early diabetic nephropathy, and had no significant adverse reactions.It showed broad application prospects. The determination of U-mAlb/UCr could be more accurate to diagnose early renal damage of diabetic nephropathy.To regularly determine U-mAlb/UCr of Outpatients have actual clinical significance in preventing and delaying the DN for them.
