Effects Of Jiangtang Yishen Pills On Serum TGF-?1 And MCP-1 In Patients With Stage 2-3 Diabetic Nephropathy With Qi And Yin Deficiency Syndrome

Objective:This article aims to observe the efficacy and safety of Jiangtang Yishen Pills in patients with 2-3 stage diabetic kidney disease with deficiency of both Qi and Yin,and to re-evaluate its clinical application and safety.Methods:Sixty patients who were diagnosed as 2-3 stage diabetic kidney disease with Qi and Yin deficiency syndrome in the outpatient and inpatient departments of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected and randomly included into the control group(n=30)and the treatment group(n=30),the control group received conventional treatment,and the treatment group was treated with Jiangtang Yishen Pills on the basis of conventional treatment,and compared its clinical efficacy,comparing the changes of TCM syndrome scores,fasting blood glucose(FBG),2-hour postprandial blood glucose(2hPBG),Serum creatinine(Scr),Cystatin C(Cys-C),24-hour urine protein quantification,serum TGF-?1,MCP-1,and the occurrence of adverse reactions.Results:Before this study,the general data of the two groups of patients were statistically analyzed.The differences in gender,age,course of diabetes and course of diabetic kidney disease were not statistically significant(p>0.05),and they were equally comparable;In this study,the clinical symptoms of the two groups were improved after treatment,and the clinical symptoms of the treatment group improved significantly(p<0.05);after treatment,the TCM syndrome scores of the two groups were lower than before(p<0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndrome score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group(p<0.05),indicating that the Jiangtang Yishen Pill was effective in treating diabetic kidney disease.After treatment,the levels of FBG and 2hPBG in the two groups were lower than before(p<0.05).After treatment,the levels of FBG and 2hPBG in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(p<0.05),indicating that Jiangtang Yishen Pills can improve blood sugar;The quantitative levels of Scr,Cys-C,and24h urine protein in the two groups after treatment were lower than before(p<0.05).After treatment,the Scr,Cys-C and 24h urine protein quantitative levels of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group(p<0.05),indicating that Jiangtang Yishen Pills can improve the level of creatinine and reduce urine protein.After treatment,the serum TGF-?1 and MCP-1 levels of the two groups were lower than before(p<0.05).After treatment,the serum TGF-?1 and MCP-1 levels in the treatment group were lower than those of the control group(p<0.05),indicating that Jiangtang Yishen Pill can improve fibrosis and inflammation indicators.No adverse reactions occurred in the two groups.Conclusion Jiangtang Yishen Pill is suitable for the treatment of stage 2-3 diabetic kidney disease,which can improve the clinical symptoms of patients,reduce blood sugar,Scr,Cys-C,24-hour urine protein quantification,serum TGF-?1,and MCP-1 levels,which can improve Renal function,to a certain extent,may delay renal fibrosis and improve inflammation.There is no adverse reaction,and the safety is high.It is worthy of clinical promotion and trial.
