ObjectionInvestigate the distribution of TCM Syndrome of diabetic nephropathy (DN) and its correlation with the laboratory index, and provide the objective and reliable the epidemiological basis for the study of DN TCM Syndrome in this regionMethod and contentIn the literature review of clinical research methods, 351 cases , in compliance with the standard 1 ,were randomly selected from three three-level hospitals in Shaanxi Province(Affiliated Hospital of Shaanxi College of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Chinese medicine hospitals in Baoji City, Shaanxi Province Chinese Medicine Hospital).Collect the population information and the general situation of admission, hospital four information of the patients (in accordance with the quantitative finish points), traditional Chinese and western medicine diagnosis, laboratory tests (fasting plasma glucose (FPG), postprandial 2 hours blood glucose (FBG), glycosylated hemoglobin (HbAlc) , 24h urine microalbumin (mALB), 24-hour urine quantitative protein, urinary protein, urine sugar, serum creatinine (Cr), blood urea nitrogen (BUN), red blood cell (RBC), hemoglobin (Hb), hematocrit Product (HCT), electrolytes, total protein (Tp), albumin (ALB), serum triglyceride (TG), serum total cholesterol (TC)) to carry out statistical analysis using statistical analysis software SPSS13.0.Results1. A total of 351 cases selected, one of DN stages for 177 cases of stageâ…¢,â…£period 111 cases,â…¤period of 63 cases. Study found that early DN Deficiency of Qi and Yin Deficiency main card, card Huowang deficiency, spleen and kidney deficiency and other evidence; Empirical major blood stasis, phlegm card, certificate, etc. Hyperactivity Jin injury. Clinical Phase DN: Deficiency of Qi and Yin Deficiency main card, spleen and kidney deficiency permits, such as yin and yang, the two deficiency; Empirical major blood stasis, phlegm card, card inner heat. End-stage DN: Deficiency of Qi and Yin Deficiency main card, both yin and yang deficiency, spleen and kidney deficiency and other evidence; Empirical major blood stasis, phlegm permit the proliferation of certification wet cloud intrinsic drug card. Yin Deficiency and Blood Stasis evidence and cross-infections, remain.2. With the DN the disease progresses, the rate of complications incrase,â…¢period has complications accounted for 50.3%,â…£period accounted for 56.8%,â…¤period of 74.6%. Early complications of DN are mainly metabolic, circulatory system diseases, but during the clinical phase and the final stage of DN,organic diseases have a larger proportion. Accounted for a larger proportion of the complication, there are hypertension, coronary heart disease, hyperlipidemia and infection.3. Urine protein (UP-24h, PRO) of Kidney-Yang Deficiency and Spleen as a significant positive correlation, the P <0.01, spleen and kidney qi deficiency and a positive correlation, P <0.05; creatinine of Kidney-Yang Deficiency and Spleen as a significant positive correlation , P <0.01, test results of serum creatinine, Kidney-Yang Deficiency spleen> Spleen and Kidney Qi> Qi-Yin Deficiency card> card heat deficiency. Series of serum protein (Tp, ALB) and red blood cell type (RBC, Hb, HCT) and Qi, BDS, spleen and kidney Qi deficiency was negatively correlated, P <0.01.4. Lipid metabolism DN complicated to qi deficiency, blood deficiency, based with phlegm and blood stasis are closely related; DN complicated by infection and blood stasis, phlegm gas certification and is closely related to certification.5. DN age and sex differences, and to 60 to 70-year-old high incidence, and male/female = 1.25:1. As the disease progresses and the period of duration, blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin, serum creatinine more significant difference, P <0.01. Conclusion1. DN have the law of distribution. Deficiency in the scorching early DN card, Yin Deficiency card as the main clinical manifestations, DN clinical period have the characters of Yin Deficiency, Spleen and Kidney deficiency ,and at final stage, Deficiency of Yin and Yang are the main performance ; those are marked by dry (hot), blood, water drinking, Qi stagnation, wet muddy, toxic cloud, phlegm. In the entire process of DN, both Qi and Yin deficiency and blood stasis syndrome evidence throughout.2.There are some dependabilities between DN TCM Syndrome and some laboratory tests. Among them, urinary protein (UP-24h, PRO), serum creatinine can be used as diagnosis of Kidney-Yang Deficiency Spleen objective diagnosis based on serum protein series (Tp, ALB) and red blood cell type (RBC, Hb, HCT), as blood loss can be Deficiency of the diagnosis. .3. Early complications of DN are mainly metabolic, circulatory system diseases, but during the clinical phase and the final stage of DN,organic diseases have a larger proportion. Hypertension, lipid metabolic disorders and infection are the major pathological factors which aggravate the DN,and also are the mainly complications of DN.
