Objective:larynx is a vital organ of breathing,sound,protection,swallowing and other physiological functions.when pronunciation,The laryngeal structures,especially cartilage and space,will take place the complicated changes.To living people(who have not received training of pronunciation and training of pronunciation),when they are to pronounce,to carry out the three-dimensional CT reconstruction,then elucidate how to change about the laryngeal cartilage.Methods:In this experiment,we use GE Lightspeed 16-slice spiral CT machine whice is the CT / MRI department in the Tianhe Hospital in Tianjin.To the Forty cases(20 cases of the professional choir,and 20 cases of ordinary untrained person ),we will carry out the high-resolution spiral CT scan when they pronounce. Then deal with the pictures to use AW4.2 workstations.In the CT and three-dimensional reconstruction plan we carry out the measurement of the larynx, that is,cricothyroid space,the angle and the length of thyroid cartilage,arytenoid cartilage and so on.Then observe the measurement results and changes.Results:To the cricothyroid space,in the professional group it has statistical significance(P<0.05),in the general group it has not statistical significance(P>0.05), when pronouncing the bass it has significantly statistical significant between the two groups(P<0.01),when pronouncing the Treble it has not statistical significance between the two groups(P>0.05);To space of the both arytenoid cartilage corner,in the professional group it has not statistical significant(P>0.05), there is statistical significance in the general group(P<0.05),when pronouncing the bass it has significantly statistical significant between the two groups(P<0.01),when pronouncing the treble it has not statistical significance between the two groups(P> 0.05);To the space of the both vocal process of the arytenoid cartilage,in the professional group it has not statistical significant(P>0.05),in the general group it has significantly statistical significance(P<0.01),when pronouncing the bass it has not statistical significance between the two groups(P>0.05),when pronouncing the Treble it has not statistical significance between the two groups(P>0.05);To the space of the muscular process of the arytenoid cartilage,in the professional group it has not statistical significant(P>0.05),in the general group it has significant statistical significance(P<0.01),when pronouncing the bass there is significantly statistical significance between the two groups(P<0.01),when pronouncing the Treble it has not statistical significance between the two groups(P>0.05);To the space which is from the inferior margin of hyoid bone to the incisura cartilago thyreoidea,in the professional group it has not statistical significance(P>0.05),in the general group it has significantly statistical significance(P<0.01),when pronouncing the bass and treble separately it has significantly statistical significance between the two groups(P<0.01);To the thyroid cartilage angle(the level of vocal cord),in the professional group it has statistical significance(P<0.05),there is statistical significance in the general group(P<0.05),respectively,when pronouncing the bass and treble both there are significantly statistical significant between the two groups(P<0.01);To the vertical length of thyroid cartilage(left) (the level of vocal cord),in the professional group and the general group there is significantly statistical significance respectively(P<0.01),when pronouncing the bass there has significant statistical significance between the two groups(P<0.01), when pronouncing the Treble there is statistical significance between the two groups(P<0.05);To the vertical length of thyroid cartilage(right)(the level of vocal cord),in the professional group and the general group there both are significantly statistical significance(P<0.01),when pronouncing the bass it has significantly statistical significant between the two groups(P<0.01),when pronouncing the Treble there is statistical significance between the two groups(P<0.05);To area which is surrounded by the thyroid cartilage,in the professional group,there is statistically significant(P< 0.05),in the general group,there is significantly statistical significance(P<0.01),when pronouncing the bass and treble separately there is significantly statistical significance between the two groups(P<0.01);To the anteroposterior diameter of the cricoid supra- bouche(internal diameter),in the professional group and the general group,there both have not statistical significance (P>0.05),when pronouncing the bass and treble separately it has significantly statistical significant between the two groups(P≤0.01).Conclusions:the change of cricothyroid gap is important to the professional singing; the change of the space of the both arytenoid cartilage corner,vocal process and the muscular process,the change of the space which is from the inferior margin of hyoid bone to the incisura cartilago thyreoidea is more important to untrained person;and at the level of the vocal cords,thyroid cartilage angle,(left and right) length of thyroid cartilage and the area surrounded by thyroid cartilage have not clinical significance to the professional singing and the ordinary untrained person.But,if the thyroid cartilage angle is smaller,(left and right) length of thyroid cartilage is greater and the area surrounded by thyroid cartilage is larger,the person is more suitable to train for singing.There is a great understanding to the change of pronunciation,and there is great help in training.It has provided valuable information to further research.
