Effects Of HongQi Formular On Myocardial Ischemia And Hemodynamics In Dogs

Objective:The hongqi formular is made up of astragalosides and safflor yellow.To observe the effect of hongqi formular on acute myocardial Ischemia and cardiac hemodynamics in dogs.To provide basis of experiment for researching traditional Chinese medicine–pharmacologic preconditioning of exercise-induced myocardial ischemia.Methods:The model of myocardiac ischemia in narcose dogs was established by ligating on left anterior descending branch of cornary .The level(∑-ST) of myocardiac ischemia and the range of myocardial infarction was mearsured by electrocardiogram and histology (NBT staining).At that time ,CK,LDH,ET,TXB2 and 6-ketoPGF1αwere measured.The parameters hemodynamics such as CBF,CO,LVSP,±dp/dtmax,BP,TPVR,CVR,LVWI and myocardial oxygen consumption were detected respectively .Results:Hongqi formular,astragalosides and safflor yellow all can obviously decreased∑-ST,the odds of range of myocardial infarction and heart or left ventricle.They had the role of preventing LDH,CK from step-up and preventing ET from releasing .They also can accelerate 6-ketoPGF1αto release and increase the odds of 6-ketoPGF1αand TXB2,and decrease LVEDP,CVR .They had the role of increasing CBF and±dp/dtmax.Hongqi formnlar can obviously decrease TPVR. Safflor yellow and hongqi formular can increase CO and LVWI. Astragalosides and hongqi formular had the role of decreasing MAP.They are significant compared with model group (P<0.05 or P<0.01).Also hongqi formular can obviously decrease the range of myocardial infarction,TPVR and LVEDP,and increase CBF and±dp/dt.Hongqi formular is significant compared with astragalosides or safflor yellow.Conclusions: Hongqi formular,astragalosides and safflor yellow produces cardio-protective effect during myocardial infarction ,which may be related to improming the function of vascular endothelial cell,improming circulation of coronary artery and the compliance of myocardium,maintaining the function of construction and diastole of myocardium.And hongqi formular can better antagonize myocardial ischemia than astragalosides or safflor yellow respectively.
